Apple-mint energy shot

  • 2 pcs apple, cored, peeled
  • 1 bunch mint, fresh
  • 1 pcs cucumber, peeled, sliced
  • 1 tbsp lime juice, fresh
Preparation

  1. In a blender, combine the coconut water, apples, mint, cucumber, and lime juice.
  2. Process until smooth.
  3. Serve immediately.
