Apple-Pomegranate salad

  • 1/2 pcs pomegranates, grains cleaned
  • 4 pcs apples, cut in slices
  • 200 g lettuce, cut in bites
  • 100 g goat's cheese, soft type
  • 4 tbsp balsamic vinegar
  • 4 tbsp olive oil
  • 1 pinch salt
  • 1 pinch black pepper
Preparation

  1. Put the lettuce into a flat salad bowl.
  2. Nicely position the apple into the top of the ruccola.
  3. Sprinkle with the pomegranate grains.
  4. Sprinkle it with the fresh goat cheese.
  5. Top it with balsamic vinegar, olive oil, freshly squeezed pepper, and salt.
