Asparagus with butter and lemon

This is a delicious simple recipe. When the season of asparagus comes I need to eat this every week.

  • 16 spear aparagus, fresh, cleaned
  • 100 g unsalted butter
  • 2 pinch sea salt, crushed
  • 2 pinch tricolour pepper, freshly ground
  • 2 tbsp fresh lemon juice

  1. Steam your asparagus.
  2. Melt the butter in a non-stick pan, then lower the temperature to middle.
  3. Add the salt and the pepper and cook it a bit. Make sure that the butter does not burn.
  4. Add the asparagus and turn it into the butter, carefully.
  5. Add the lemon juice and still shake the pan a bit.
  6. You can serve it with some parmeggiano chips.
