Avocado Cream

  • 2 pcs avocados
  • 3 tbsp lemon juice, fresh
  • 1/2 tbsp salt
  • 1/2 tbsp colour pepper
  • 1 tbsp parsley, fresh, chopped
  • 1 clove garlic, chopped

  1. Clean your avocados and peel them. The best way of doing this is by cutting them in half and opening them. Use a knife to carefully deseed the avocados. Then grab them, cut them into quarters, and purée them with a fork.
  2. Then, season them with lemon juice, salt, and coloured pepper.
  3. Step by step, add the parsley and garlic to the cream.
  4. Mix it until the avocados are creamy enough.
