Avocado smoothie

We usually drink smoothies at the morning, but this is the smoothie that goes well during the evening too! If you need a good sleep, this is the ideal dinner instead of any other dish.

  • 2 pcs avocados
  • 1 pcs banana
  • 1 tbsp lime juice
  • 1 pinch cardamon, ground
  • 200 ml water

  1. Peel the avocados and the bananas.
  2. Slice the ingredients into smaller slices or cubes.
  3. Put all the ingredients into the blender and blend them.
  4. Season the top of the smoothies with the ground cardamom.
