Beef sausages and sauerkraut

  • 600 g sauerkraut, chopped
  • 450 g beef sausage, raw
  • 1/2 head red cabbage, raw, shredded finely

  1. Place sauerkraut and cabbage in slow cooker with all juices.
  2. Stir well to combine.
  3. Place the sausage rounds around the edges of slow cooker to form the ring, and continue to form second ring inside the first one.
  4. Cover with lid and cook on low for 4-5 hours.
  5. Serve while still warm.
