Beefsteak sandwich
From leftover beefsteak
Ingredients
Convert
1 pcs baguette
10 1/2 oz leftover steak
3 1/2 oz Cheddar
1 tsp butter, unsalted
1/2 pcs onion
1/2 pcs green bell pepper
Preparation
Cut the baguette in half. Cut along them, vertically.
Slice the leftover beefsteak into tiny bites.
Spread some butter on the sandwiches, each inner side, then put them into the grill or in a saucepan for toasting, 5 minutes.
On the remaining butter, sauté the chopped onions and the beef slices.
Slice the green pepper into circles and position them on the baguettes.
Spoon the beef mixture into the sandwiches on the pepper slices.
Top the sandwiches with the cheese and put them back on the grill until the cheese is melted. Pair them with the baguette tops.
Enjoy!
