Black currant and sea-buckthorn smoothie

  • 200 g black currants
  • 200 g sea-buckthorns
  • 400 ml water

  1. Put the fruit and water in a blender then mix.

As you can buy fresh fruit only for a limited time, you can use frozen ones, but the vitamin levels are decreased in the process of freezing. Buckthorn is not a daily fruit. In some countries, you can buy the concentration and add to your smoothies in small amounts or drink it on its own in small quantities.
