  • 1 pcs mozzarella
  • 2 pcs tomatoes
  • 1 tbsp olive oil
  • 1 tsp balsamic vinegar
  • 1 pinch salt
  • 1 pinch black pepper

  1. Slice the mozzarella and the tomatoes.
  2. Put the mozzarella slices on a small metal pot and spread them with olive oil and vinegar.
  3. To taste, add a little salt and pepper.
  4. Mix them carefully so the mozzarella slices remain intact.
  5. Put one slice of mozzarella and one slice of tomato on a plate, repeat it.
  6. Add basil leaves on top.
