Chicken nuggets

  • 450 g chicken breast, boneless, skinned, sliced
  • 200 g almonds, ground
  • 2 pcs egg
  • 1 pinch salt
  • 2 tsp smoked paprika

  1. Preheat oven to 180°C and line baking sheet with parchment paper.
  2. Slice chicken breasts into 2-cm dices and set aside.
  3. In shallow dish, whisk eggs and set aside.
  4. In separate dish, combine ground almonds, salt, and smoked paprika.
  5. Dredge each chicken piece in egg and coat with almond mixture.
  6. Arrange onto baking sheet and bake in preheated oven for 20 minutes or until golden.
  7. Serve while still hot.
