Coconut banana balls

  • 15 pcs Dates
  • 130 g Almonds
  • 1 pcs Banana
  • 110 g Cashews
  • 60 g Coconut flakes
Preparation

  1. Process almonds and cashews in food processor until you have coarse flour.
  2. Set in a small bowl.
  3. Process banana, salt, and dates in food processor until smooth.
  4. Add nuts and pulse until well-blended.
  5. Spread coconut shreds onto wide plate.
  6. Form balls from the prepared mixture and roll in coconut.
  7. Arrange onto plate and refrigerate at least 1 hour.
  8. Serve and enjoy.
