Exotic fruit salad with yogurt

  • 1 pcs avocado
  • 1 tbsp lime juice
  • 250 ml nature yogurt
  • 2 tbsp honey
  • 1 tsp grated zest of lemon
  • 1 pcs apple, cored, diced
  • 1 pcs banana, sliced
  • 100 g grapes
  • 1 pcs tangerine, wedges
  • 1 pcs mango, sliced

  1. Put the avocado and lime juice into a bowl and carefully mix them together in order to avoid the avocado from turning brown.
  2. Then use a filter to get rid of the lime juice.
  3. Grab another small plate and mix the natural yoghurt, honey, and lemon zest together.
  4. Use another bowl for the fruit.
  5. We also serve the yoghurt separately and only drizzle it on our salad to taste.
