Family dressing

  • 1 tbsp Dijon mustard
  • 2 tbsp honey
  • 1 ml lime juice
  • 1 pinch salt
  • 150 ml olive oil

  1. We need to mix one tablespoon Dijon mustard with two tablespoons of honey.
  2. Then we add a few drops of lime juice and a pinch of salt. We carefully mix them together.
  3. We always have to taste our dressing in order to check the amount of salt, honey, and lime. Each lime variety and every honey have a different flavor. After testing the dressing, we can improve the flavor to taste. Then we carefully add olive oil to the mix.

  • Very low in saturated fat
  • No cholesterol
  • High in selenium

Always pay attention to allow enough time for the oil to absorb. Usually, I use 1 or 1.5 dl of olive oil. It depends on whether I want to have a more liquid or a denser dressing.
