Figs and cranberries side sauce

  • 200 g fresh cranberries
  • 140 g figs, dried, halved
  • 90 g cane sugar
  • 60 ml dry red wine
Preparation

  1. Combine all ingredients in small sauce pan.
  2. Heat over medium-low heat and cook for 15 minutes, or until most cranberries have bursted.
  3. Set aside to cool in room temperature then serve.
