Fresh cheese cream with paprika

Great breakfast. You can do it in the evening and you can serve it for breakfast within 2 minutes.

  • 200 g fresh cheese
  • 4 pcs red bell pepper
  • 1 tbsp creme fraiche
  • 2 tbsp butter
  • 1 pcs shallot, chopped
  • 1 clove garlic, minced
  • 1/2 tbsp sweet red paprika powder
  • 1 tbsp white peeper, ground
  • 2 tsp salt
  • 1/2 tbsp parsley, fresh, chopped

  1. Mix well the butter, cream, and fresh cheese with salt, white pepper, and the red paprika.
  2. Add the onions and parsley then mix again.
  3. Empty the inside of the red bell peppers and fill them up with the cheese mix.
  4. Cool it overnight in the fridge.
  5. Serve for breakfast, slicing the bell pepper up.
