Ginger lemongrass tea

  • 2 pcs lemongrass stalks, stalks, cleaned and sliced
  • 1 pcs fresh ginger root, washed but not peeled, cut into 2 x 2 cm cubes
  • 1200 ml water

  1. Remove the outer skin of the lemongrass and slice it.
  2. Cut the ginger into slices. Put them into the water and boil for approximately 12 minutes.
  3. Filter the tea while serving it into cups, leave the drained ginger cubes and lemongrass slices in the remaining tea.

If you wish, you can sweeten the drink with some honey. Drink it slowly while it’s hot and try to meditate and relax at the same time.
