Gluten-Free Pancakes

made with oat flour

  • 2 pcs egg whites
  • 150 g oatmeal
  • 0.2 tsp vanilla extract
  • 450 ml water
  • 1 tsp canola oil

  1. Put everything into the blender and blend it well.
  2. Spray cooking spray on a heated griddle or skillet. Place over medium heat.
  3. Drop a spoonful of batter onto heated griddle.
  4. Cook batter until bubbles start to form in the middle and the edges become dry, about 2 to 3 minutes.
  5. Flip and cook the other side until it browns, about 2 to 3 minutes.
  6. Repeat cooking procedure with remaining batter.
