Grapefruit salad with honey

  • 1/2 pcs grapefruit in pieces
  • 1 tbsp honey

  1. Clean the grapefruit: First step is peeling, then carefully cut the segments in half and try to get the clove out from the skin. Try to get them out as whole as possible.
  2. Then throw them all into a pot and mix together with honey.
  3. This salad requires at least three hours in the refrigerator but we can leave it in overnight.
