Hungarian "csipetke"

noodles for soups

  • 100 g flour
  • 1 pcs egg
  • 1 pinch salt

  1. Combine all the ingredients in a little bowl and knead a dough, without water.
  2. Let it rest for 20 minutes.
  3. Form a ball, then pick small, bean-sized pieces from it. Make the rounds on a floured work surface then let them dry a little bit before adding into soups.
