Lettuce wraps

  • 110 g turkey ham, sliced thinly
  • 1/4 pcs romaine lettuce, 4 large leaves
  • 1/2 pcs cucumber, peeled, cut into sticks
  • 1 pcs white onion, sliced into thin rounds
  • 1 pcs carrot, julienned
  • 1 tbsp mustard, Dijon
  • 4 tsp hummus
Preparation

  1. Combine Dijon mustard and hummus in a small bowl.
  2. Spread mixture over lettuce leaves, 1 teaspoon per 1 leaf then add onion rings.
  3. Top with carrot and turkey ham. Add sliced cherry tomatoes and roll up.
  4. Secure with some toothpicks before slicing.
  5. Cut in half and serve.
