Mango and orange smoothie

Convert baby food

  • 100 g cubed mango, fresh or frozen
  • 1 pcs orange peeled, cut into pieces( with seeds removed)
  • 1 pcs apple, peeled, cored
  • 3 pcs ice cubes

  1. Take a blender, add all the above ingredients to it. Put on the lid.
  2. Blend for around 1-1.5 mins until the mixture turns smooth and creamy.
  3. Pour it out in a glass.
  4. Enjoy!
