  • 2 pcs egg
  • 1 pinch salt

  1. Mix the eggs together.
  2. Take a pan and melt 1 teaspoon of butter.
  3. When it is melting, pour in the eggs and lower the temperature to 2/3.
  4. Need to carefully turn the omelette over once its side is already fried. No need to turn them over if we prefer some softness, but we can do it the same way as we make pancakes. It is important to avoid frying the eggs until they turn brown.
