  • 150 g cream cheese
  • 100 g turkey ham, sliced
  • 2 tbsp olive oil
  • 1 tbsp milk
  • 6 pcs eggs, whisked
  • 1 pcs Red bell pepper, julienned
  • 1 bunch watercress, fresh
  • 1 pinch salt, fresh ground
  • 1 pinch black pepper, fresh ground

  1. Prepare the egg base; whisk the eggs with milk, salt, and pepper in a bowl.
  2. Heat 1 tablespoon olive oil in a non-stick skillet; pour in half of the egg mixture then cook for 1 minute or until the bottom is set.
  3. Flip carefully, like a pancake then cook on the other side for 30 seconds.
  4. Repeat the process with remaining oil and the egg mixture.
  5. Once the egg is cooked, place both egg bases in front of you.
  6. Spread the cheese over eggs, top with watercress, ham, and red bell pepper. You can additionally season with salt and pepper.
  7. Fold the sandwiches in half then cut in half to get four sandwiches.
  8. Serve afterwards.
