Omelette with herbs

  • 1 tsp butter
  • 2 pcs egg
  • 1 pinch salt
  • 1 tsp chives, fresh, chopped
  • 1 tsp parsley, fresh, chopped
  • 1 tsp thyme, fresh, chopped
Preparation

  1. Mix the eggs with some salt.
  2. Melt some butter.
  3. Add herbs, and
  4. Pour in the eggs.
  5. To taste, we can fry them as long as we like.
