Omelette with Mushrooms

  • 2 tsp butter
  • 2 pcs egg
  • 100 g Champions, cleaned, sliced
  • 1 tsp parsley, fresh, chopped
  • 1 pinch salt

  1. Melt half of the butter in the pan.
  2. Add the mushrooms and some salt.
  3. After a few minutes of steaming, take them out.
  4. Mix the eggs with some salt.
  5. Melt the other half of the butter, fry one side of the egg.
  6. Put the mushrooms on top, then wrap the egg around it.
  7. Parsley is great for decoration
