  • 6 pcs eggs
  • 6 tbsp milk
  • 3 pcs smoked ham, chopped
  • 2 tbsp Cheddar
  • 2 pinch salt
  • 2 pinch freshly ground black pepper
Preparation

  1. Preheat oven to 180°C.
  2. Lightly spray an 8-cupcake pan with cooking spray and set aside.
  3. Meanwhile, in a medium mixing bowl, beat together the eggs and milk until smooth. Add the chopped ham, salt, pepper, and half the shredded cheese.
  4. Pour the egg mixture evenly into each cupcake and sprinkle with the remaining cheese and bake for about 20 minutes until golden.
  5. Remove from oven and serve hot!
