Oven-baked chips

from sweet potato

  • 2 pcs sweet potaoes
  • 2 pcs rosemary, dried
  • 2 tbsp olive oil
  • 1 1/2 tsp salt

  1. Peel sweet potatoes and slice into 3mm-thick slices.
  2. Preheat oven to 180°C and line baking tray with parchment paper.
  3. Place sliced potato in bowl and drizzle with olive oil; add rosemary and salt; toss to combine.
  4. Arrange sweet potato slices onto baking tray and bake for 10 minutes; flip the chips and bake for 10 minutes more.
  5. Set on wire rack to cool before serving.

With this technique, you can prepare a variety of seasoned vegetable chips in the oven. Healthier than the shop version!
