Parsnip purée baby lunch

  • 1 1/2 pcs parsnip
  • 1/2 pcs apple, peeled, cored
Preparation

  1. Peel the parsnip and the apple.
  2. Deseed the apple. Cut the ingredients into cubes.
  3. Cook the parsnip  in pure water until soft.
  4. Strain the parsnip and put it into the blender with the apple cubes.
  5. Blend them until it reaches desired consistency.

A good-to-know info about apple: Cooked apple helps the baby in case of diarrhea. Adding raw apple to baby food helps in case of constipation.
