Pumpkin purée for babies

You can not imagine a more nutritious meal with just one ingredient for babies!

  • 240 g pumpkin, peeled, cubed

  1. Peel the pumpkin, discard seeds, and cut it into cubes.
  2. Stew the cubes in a tablespoon of water.
  3. Blend the pumpkin to get a smooth purée.

For older babies you can add a pinch of ground cinnamon to the mixture, but only to one-year-olds and older; really just a pinch, approximately 1 gram.
