Radishes with cottage cheese cream
- 8 pcs radishes
- 7 oz cottage cheese
- 3 tbsp sour cream
- 1 tbsp chives, fresh, chopped
- 1 pinch salt
- Wash the radishes and cut down the leaves.
- Slice the radishes into 0.2inch-thick slices.
- Mix the cottage cheese and the sour cream in a bowl until creamy but still dense.
- Add the chopped chives and the salt (optional).
- Serve the radishes with one teaspoon cottage cheese cream on each.
- Enjoy!
