Radishes with cottage cheese cream

  • 8 pcs radishes
  • 7 oz cottage cheese
  • 3 tbsp sour cream
  • 1 tbsp chives, fresh, chopped
  • 1 pinch salt

  1. Wash the radishes and cut down the leaves.
  2. Slice the radishes into 0.2inch-thick slices.
  3. Mix the cottage cheese and the sour cream in a bowl until creamy but still dense.
  4. Add the chopped chives and the salt (optional).
  5. Serve the radishes with one teaspoon cottage cheese cream on each.
  6. Enjoy!
