Rosemary crispy crackers

  • 95 g almond flour
  • 2 pcs eggs, lightly whisked
  • 2 tbsp butter, unsalted
  • 2 tbsp water
  • 1 tbsp rosemary, fresh, minced
  • 1 clove garlic, peeled, finely mashed
  • 1/4 tsp pepper, fresh ground
Preparation

  1. Preheat oven to 180°C and line baking tray with parchment paper.
  2. Combine all ingredients; almond flour, eggs, mint, pepper, garlic purée and butter in a bowl then stir until smooth.
  3. Spoon around ½ tablespoon of batter then transfer onto the baking sheet, leaving 2cm gaps.
  4. Bake for 7-8 minutes or until edges are crispy.
  5. Keep in airtight container.
