Sardine cream

  • 50 ml fresh squeezed lemon juice
  • 2 pinch salt
  • 2 pinch freshly ground black pepper
  • 150 g unsalted butter, softened
  • 100 g capers
Preparation

  1. Put all the ingredients in the blender and blend them together.
  2. Taste it and add more seasoning if needed.
