Tip: by adding 4 tablespoons sour cream mixed with a tablespoon of flour to the compote after cooked, you will get a tasty summertime apple soup. The key is to separate approximately 250ml from the soup into a small bowl and mix the sour cream and flour with this amount at first, then add it to the bigger amount carefully, by stirring it continuously. After adding all the sour cream mixture, boil it again then let it cool down and put it in the fridge also. Serve it cool with almond flakes.
