Small pizza bites

  • 350 g pizza dough
  • 12 pcs cherry tomatoes
  • 1 clove garlic, minced
  • 150 g mozzarella, shredded
  • 1 tbsp olive oil
  • 2 pinch freshly ground black pepper
  • 4 pcs basil leaves, chopped
  • 2 tbsp black olives, chopped

  1. Preheat oven to 200°C and  lightly coat 2 baking sheets with cooking spray.
  2. Combine the chopped cherry tomatoes, garlic, basil, olive oil, and black pepper in a medium mixing bowl.
  3. Roll out the pizza dough on a floured surface and use a cookie cutter to make little circles. Arrange the circles in a single layer on the prepared baking sheets.
  4. Sprinkle the small pizza crusts with cheese, top with the tomato mixture and top with some more mozzarella and the chopped olives.
  5. Bake for about 10 minutes until the edges of the pizza crusts turn golden brown and the cheese melts.
