Soft Boiled Eggs

  • 5 pcs eggs

  1. Put the eggs into cold water. We need enough water to cover them.
  2. Start boiling and set the timer for 3-5 minutes.
  3. After boiling time, immediately take them out and put them in cold water.

  • Very high in selenium


If we choose 3 minutes, the egg white is still liquid. If we choose 5 minutes, the yolk is already hard. For me, it is good to have a pinch of salt in the hot water. It helps to take off the skin – at least psychologically.
