Spicy-nutty salmon skewers

  • 600 g salmon
  • 2 pcs lemon grass
  • 1 pcs red chili pepper
  • 1 pcs shallot
  • 1 clove garlic
  • 2 pcs macadamia nuts
  • 1 tbsp tumeric, ground
  • 1/2 tbsp cinnamon, ground
  • 1 tbsp salt
Preparation

  1. Remove the top skin of the lemongrass and slice the stalk until you see the red line.
  2. Wash the ginger, but don’t peel it.
  3. Place all spices, nuts, and onion in the blender with 2 tablespoons of water, then mix well.
  4. Cut the salmon into large cubes. Turn them into the spice paste and put them on the skewers.
  5. Take a frying pan, heat up a bit of almond oil, and fry the salmon on the skewers. If the salmon is fresh, it can be cooked medium in the middle.
