Stuffed eggs with baby asparagus

  • 2 pcs eggs
  • 6 pcs asparagus
  • 2 tbsp mayonnaise, home-made
  • 1 tsp parsley, fresh, chopped

  1. Cut the eggs in half
  2. Take out the yellow part
  3. Mix the mayonnaise, parsley, and yolk together
  4. Clean the asparagus spears
  5. Boil them in salted water
  6. Use ice cold water to stop them from cooking 
  7. Put the cream on top of the white halves
  8. Decorate them with sliced asparagus spears

Serve it with salad or just on its own.
