Stuffed eggs with goat's cheese

  • 2 pcs eggs, hard boiled
  • 2 tbsp fresh goat's cheese
  • 2 tbsp mascarpone
  • 1 tsp thyme, fresh, chopped
  • 1/2 tsp lemon juice
  • 1 pinch salt
  • 1 pinch black pepper
Preparation

  1. Cut the eggs in half
  2. Take out the yellow part
  3. Mix the yellow part with all the ingredients together
  4. Season it with salt and pepper
  5. Fill it back to the white halves
  6. Thyme is also great for decoration
