Stuffed eggs with herbs and capers

  • 2 pcs eggs
  • 2 tbsp mayonnaise, home-made
  • 1 tsp capers
  • 1 tsp parsley, fresh, chopped
  • 1 pinch salt
  • 1 pinch black pepper
Preparation

  1. Cut the eggs in half
  2. Take out the yellow part
  3. Mix all the ingredients together
  4. Put all the ingredients – together with yolk – into the blender
  5. Season with salt and pepper

Serve it with salad or just alone.
