Stuffed Eggs with Prosciutto

  • 2 pcs eggs
  • 2 tbsp mayonnaise, home-made
  • 4 pcs Prosciutto, sliced

  1. Cut the eggs in half.
  2. Take out the yellow part.
  3. Slice the prosciutto as thinly as possible, and then chop it.
  4. Mix the yellow part with all the ingredients together.
  5. Fill it back to the half whites.
  6. For decoration, you can use cherry tomatoes.

Serve it with salad or simply on its own.
