Stuffed eggs with shrimp

  • 2 pcs eggs
  • 2 tbsp mayonnaise, home-made
  • 1 tbsp dill weed, fresh, chopped
  • 4 tbsp olive oil
  • 1 clove garlic
  • 4 pcs shrimps
  • 1/2 tsp lemon juice (a few drops)

  1. Cut the eggs in half
  2. Take out the yellow part
  3. Mix the yellow part with all the ingredients together
  4. Fill it into the white halves
  5. Heat up the olive oil with the garlic clove
  6. Fry the shrimps for about 1 minute
  7. Put the shrimps on top of the eggs

Serve it with salad or just on its own.
