Sweet potato fries

  • 2 pcs sweet potatoes
  • 1 tbsp Olive oil
  • 2 1/2 tsp sweet red paprika powder
  • 1 pinch fresh ground salt
Preparation

  1. Perheat oven for 220⁰C.
  2. Wash potatoes and cut in half lengthwise; cut each half in 0.5-cm wedges on cutting board.
  3. In a small bowl combine olive oil, sweet red paprika, and salt.
  4. Place the potato wedges onto a line baking plate and brush with oil mixture.
  5. Bake the sweet potato wedges about 20 minutes or until tender.
  6. Additionally season with salt and let them cool for 3 minutes.
  7. Serve with favorite sauce

  • High in vitamin C

 

Be careful with chili powder. Wash your hands properly because chili can cause irritations especially if gets in contact with eyes.
