Tandoori spice mix

  • 1/2 tbsp red pepper flakes
  • 2 tsp salt
  • 2 tsp turmeric, ground
  • 1/2 tsp nutmeg, ground
  • 1/2 tsp cloves, ground
  • 1/2 tsp cinnamon, ground
Preparation

  1. Put all the ingredients into a mortar and mix them by crushing the pepper flakes.
