  • 400 g coriander leaves, fresh, chopped
  • 3 stick lemon grass, thinly sliced
  • 3 pcs shallots, chopped
  • 5 clove garlic, minced
  • 2 tbsp ginger, chopped
  • 2 tsp cumin, ground
  • 1 pcs lime, juiced
Preparation

  1. Put everything into the blender, and blend well.
  2. Add the paste into the jars.
