Ideal dressing for salads or side dish for roasted meats.

  • 2 pcs medium, young cucumber, peeled, shredded
  • 2 clove garlic, peeled, grated
  • 350 ml greek yogurt
  • 2 tsp sea salt
  • 1 tsp freshly ground black pepper

  1. Grate the peeled cucumber into strips, then mix it with the salt. Set aside for 15 minutes.
  2. After the cucumber add excess liquid, filter it.
  3. Put the filtered cucumber into the serving bowl, then add the greek yogurt, grated garlic, and freshly ground black pepper. Mix it well.
  4. Add some more salt if needed, this depends on taste.
  5. Chill it in the fridge 'til serving.
