Vegan BLT

BLT is an English wordplay for Bacon, Lettuce & Tomato. It is a very filling sandwich. For the vegan version, please feel free to use any type of seasonal vegetables you like and you can buy freshly.

  • 1 pcs ciabattas
  • 3 pcs big iceberg leaves
  • 1 pcs tomato, sliced
  • 2 pcs radishes, cleaned, sliced

  1. Cut the ciabattas lenghtwise, then heat up each side of them for half a minute.
  2. Put halves on a plate; add tomatoes, salad and radishes to the sandwiches and top them the other halves of ciabatta.
