Vegan classical italian spinach side dish

  • 450 g fresh spinach, washed and chopped
  • 3 tbsp extra virgin olive oil
  • 7 clove garlic, peeled, pressed but left entire cloves
  • 2 pinch black pepper, freshly ground
  • 1 pinch salt

  1. Pour the olive oil in a medium skillet and place over medium heat. 
  2. Add the garlic and sauté for around 2 minutes but do not let it burn.
  3. Next, add the spinach, stirring constantly until the spinach wilts.
  4. Sprinkle with salt and pepper, stir a little to combine, then turn off the heat.
  5. Serve the spinach and enjoy!
