Vegan patties for toddlers

Convert baby food

For 2 years old toddlers

  • 200 g cauliflower
  • 150 g broccoli
  • 1 pcs egg white
  • 1 tbsp chickpea flour
  • 2 tbsp bread crumbs

  1. Clean all the vegetables and cook them in boiling water.
  2. Purée the broccoli and the cauliflower with a fork and add the egg white. Mix it well, then add the flour and mix it with your hands.
  3. Make 2-3 patties from the mixture and cover them with the bread crumbs.
  4. Put the patties on a baking sheet into a baking pan.
  5. Heat the oven into 200°C and bake the patties until the egg white is baked and the bread crumbs start to turn brown.
  6. If needed or your oven doesn't bake from the top, flip the patties at half time of baking.

Note that babies cannot eat flour or bread crumbs at the early months, and egg also needs to be avoided.
