Yogurt sandwich

  • 10 pcs wafer, plain
  • 300 ml cream
  • 10 pcs Strawberries
  • 1 tsp Vanilla seeds

  1. Line 18-cm pan with foil, letting ends hang loose. Break waffles in quarters.
  2. Arrange half of the waffles on bottom of pan.
  3. In a medium-sized bowl, combine yogurt, whipped cream, vanilla, and strawberries.
  4. Stir well to combine.
  5. Spread the mixture over waffles in even layer.
  6. Top with remaining pieces and set in the freezer for 2 hours.
  7. Use hanging foil to remove waffles from pan.
  8. Slice using sharp knife and serve.
