Zucchini chips

  • 360 g zucchini, sliced
  • 1 pcs egg, whisked
  • 2 tbsp all purpose flour
  • 2 tbsp parmesan, grated
  • 1 tsp smoked paprika powder
  • 1 1/2 tsp black pepper
  • 1 pinch salt

  1. In a small bowl, whisk egg until frothy.
  2. Place flour in ziplock bag.
  3. Place Parmesan and smoked paprika in shallow dish.
  4. Place zucchinis in the ziplock bag and secure; shake well until coated with flour.
  5. Dip floured zucchini in the egg and roll in cheese mixture.
  6. Arrange zucchinis on a baking sheet in a baking tray with single layer and bake for 10 minutes on 140°C.
  7. Remove from the oven and set on wire rack to cool slightly.
  8. Serve.
